Whether that be in the pre-contract stage right through to contract completion, with over 25 years experience (with project values upto £64m) we are ideally placed to fill any void you may have in your commercial teams.

We are able to undertake Estimating, planning and procurement at pre-contract stage, along with experience in processing value engineering in order to get a contract over the line.

Once a project has commenced, we can administer the contractual and commercial procedures relating to payments, valuations, variations/change orders, notices and financial reporting.

On completion of a project we will prepare the final account and implement a strategy to obtain an agreement by the Employer or Contractor.
